- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I have been here due to being homeless and although I had a week extension, this place has poor communication and serious unprofessional conduct by the manger L.
Knowing full well I would not take a place at Luto due to history of drug and alcohol abuse, knowing that I am on the streets, the manager L. handed me yesterday a letter stating that due to cold weather, they are offering extra spaces in the lounge.
She knew I was leaving the next day and that this does not apply to me, so by giving me this, it is just cruel, inconsiderate, nasty and unprofessional.
She also has a clear lack of communication with her staff. Something that became apparent from the start due to the other issues I experienced here.
Dont get me wrong, not all the staff are like this, but this is a badly run place.
