  I brought my handmade wedding and engagement rings in to be soldered together. The saleswoman was very helpful and said it would take a week. I left my rings and returned a week later to find that my handmade engagement ring had been soldered onto my wedding ring backwards to that there was a visible, large gap between the rings. Because they were handcrafted, they only fit together in one direction. When I pointed this out to the saleswoman, her rude response was that it was my fault for not being more precise when I left the rings. When I pointed out that there was only one way that the rings fit together properly, she dismissed my comments. I was told I could pay an additional fee to have them taken apart and re-soldered correctly. The saleswoman was both very rude and patronising to me. I would not recommend sending any jewelry to this store to be repaired or soldered. I would not trust them with something that has any personal value to you.
